Chances are you don’t understand how books really work.

Instead of the conventional take that the best books are those with the best ‘knowledge’ within, I believe the most useful books are those that open the door within you for wisdom to enter. Wisdom comes from God, and those who seek Him with humility and reverence will receive knowledge and understanding.

Therefore any book that enhances your ability to know God will deliver more wisdom to you, “For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy.” - Ecclesiastes 2:26

Also, since wisdom is already within each of us and is only revealed to us as our sighting of God increases, certain books will reveal certain things to certain people at a certain time.

For these reasons the following recommendations are chosen for their value according to their consonance with truth. Each one will have, at the very least, something profound for everyone. Remember, even the Bible should not be looked to as a text to ‘believe in’, be worshipped, looked up to, etc. These are simply roadmaps to gudie you on your path to the truth and light.
